Fit on sixth is a large unique personal training and group fitness studio located in the heart of downtown New Westminster. With 1000 square feet of space for one on one training and couples training, its very bright and you don't have to wait as there is plenty of equipment to work with.
Feel free to bring your favorite tunes to the workout.

Add $10.00 for each additional person for group training (max 4)
The group fitness classes and kick boxing are kept small so that the instructor can focus on proper form and technique. The classes are designed to suit the novice as well as the advanced fitness enthusiast.
The power lunch classes include Interval strength training, Cardio Kick boxing, Cardio cross training and circuit training. A variety of tools are used in these classes such as the Bosu, balance ball , bands, spin bikes, heavy bags and free weights.
Bootcamp is Indoor/outdoor weather permitting. All the equipment is used for this class! Spin bikes, boxer Bob, Weights, Bosu's, steps, ballast ball (weighted). On nice days we take it outside and finish indoors with some really great tunes!
